About Me
Born in Brazil, I moved abroad at a young age to attend boarding school in Switzerland. After earning my Master's degree in Glasgow, I encountered significant challenges, including visa issues, family bankruptcy, domestic abuse, and divorce. These experiences prompted me to confront my own mental health struggles and seek the support I needed.
Through counselling, I discovered the transformative power of professional guidance, which ignited further my passion to help others navigate their mental health challenges. Since September 2020, I have been providing individual counselling to adults in my private practice and have collaborated with online platforms such as Better Help. I specialize in self-esteem, major to minor depression and anxiety, while also offering support for a range of other issues.
In addition to my professional work, I prioritize wellness in my life. I enjoy spending time with pets, friends, and family, and I love exploring new cultures through travel. Healthy living, exercise, and transcendental meditation are essential to my daily routine, helping me manage life's pressures.
