About Me
My interest in psychology began during my undergraduate studies, where I discovered a passion for understanding human behaviour and supporting others through life’s challenges.
My own experiences reinforced the value of compassionate professional support, deepening my commitment to becoming an integrative counsellor and hypnotherapist.
Today, I specialise in helping adults build healthy self-esteem through an integrative approach to counselling, combining hypnotherapy with practical psychological tools. I believe that healthy self-esteem forms the foundation for lasting psychological wellbeing and positive change. My aim is to help you build that foundation, so you can navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, resilience and self-belief.
Healthy self-esteem influences every area of our lives—from the way we think and feel, to the choices we make, the relationships we build, and the goals we pursue. That’s why I believe strengthening self-esteem creates a foundation for lasting and meaningful change.

Alongside my personal experience, I have invested extensively in professional training to ensure I provide compassionate, ethical, and evidence-informed support.
