Integrative Counselling
Integrative counselling is a versatile approach to psychotherapy that combines various therapeutic elements to provide personalized care. Recognizing that no single method works for everyone, integrative therapists view each client as a whole, tailoring techniques to meet individual needs and unique circumstances.
This approach embraces the idea that human psychology can be understood through multiple lenses—no single theory has all the answers. By integrating diverse perspectives, we address not only the emotional and behavioral aspects but also the cognitive and physiological systems of each person while considering social and spiritual dimensions. Integrative counsellors focus on both what works and why it works, ensuring that therapy is molded to fit the client rather than forcing the client to conform to a specific method.
Formats
I provide an integrative approach to counselling, utilizing evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which many clients find effective. I encourage clients to combine traditional counselling techniques with hypnotherapy for effective results.
I offer integrative counselling in both English and Portuguese in the formats below.
I offer individual online sessions for clients worldwide through video or voice calls, utilizing platforms such as WhatsApp, FaceTime, Zoom, or Teams, based on client preference.
I offer limited individual in-person sessions in London at 10 Harley Street, W1B 9FP on Fridays from 5 to 9 PM.

In-Person Counselling
How it works?
Step 1: Book Initial Consultation
We start with a complimentary 15-minute voice call to discuss your situation, identify the support you need, and assess our compatibility. If we decide to proceed, you can choose between online or in-person sessions and select either individual sessions or available packages. We will then schedule regular 50-minute sessions at your convenience.
Step 2: Preparation
Following our consultation, I will email you information on my counselling packages, the counselling contract, a psychological assessment, and payment details. Payment should be submitted one week before our first session to secure your booking.
Step 3 : Customized Therapy Plan
After our initial session, I will develop a bespoke counselling program tailored to your needs. At the end of each session, I will assign tasks to ensure continuous progress toward your goals. You can expect my full commitment as your therapist.
